Really Hearty Blend Speciality Coffee Beans:

We gave these beans a longer Maillard development compared to our other beans, allowing us to gradually bring out the nuttiness and reduce acidity. At the same time, we made sure not to extend the roast too far, keeping bitterness minimal and preserving the smooth, creamy notes.

Tasting Profile: Notes of Chocolate Nutiness, Spice, Herbal, Plums

Black: A creamy, chocolate-like sweetness with a velvety texture and a hint of spice on the nose.

White: Nutty with a round, smooth texture and a full, chocolatey aroma. Overall, it'll be a balanced cup of milk coffee, neither sour nor overly sweet.
