Yunnan Baoshan Speciality Coffee Beans:

Our personal favourite, from the mountains known to have the most fertile soil in Yunnan. These beans went through a 156 hour anaerobic sun treatment and was roasted delicately to preserve the complex flavours.

Tasting Profile: Rum,  Whiskey and Candied Fruit

Black: Really rich rum aroma with tasting notes of tropical fruits and a hint of grape. Slightly sweet and acidic.

White: Chocolate biscuit with an aftertaste of candied fruit.
